How long does it take to ship my order?
In most cases, orders are shipped within 5 working days
after receipt of order. If for some reason we are out of
stock of a particular item, we will advise you by phone
or E-Mail. Shipping time varies in different
parts of the country. For customers east of the Mississippi,
you should receive your order within 9 days (excluding holidays
or weekends after shipment, and for those customers west
of the Mississippi, you should receive your order within
5 days after shipment. University Connection is not
responsible for delays in shipment due to
inclimate weather, or other shipping
problems out of our control.
Is rush service available?
YES! We can rush as long as the item is in stock.
Your order can ship out the next business day
via Federal Express. Call or E-mail for freight
charges.
Shipping Charges
All orders over $100.00 will be shipped
freight pre-paid (no shipping charges).
Orders will be shipped via Fed-Ex ground
or by U.S. Mail. Orders under $100.00
will get a surcharge of $9.95 per order.
This excludes any charges associated
with rush service.
Returns and Cancellations
No returns will be accepted without
a return authorization number (RMA)
Once you have an RMA, you can return
the product to us. You are responsible for
all shipping charges. A restocking charge of
25% will apply. Since garments are all made
to order, THEY ARE NOT RETURNABLE,
unless there is a manufacturing defect at which time
we will replace the garment at no charge. Once an
order for a custom garment is received, IT CANNOT
BE CANCELLED!
Payment
All credit card payments are handled
via Authorize.net You can also send
a check to our address in Las Vegas.
